- Citizens of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan have the right to apply for budgetary places on general grounds (through the university's own entrance examinations or by USE as part of the general competition). In order to exercise this right, it is necessary to confirm the relevant citizenship and follow the standard procedure for admission on general grounds.
- Citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine, permanently residing in the territory of the Russian Federation, have the right to apply for budgetary places on general grounds (through the university's own entrance tests or by USE within the framework of the general competition). The necessary condition in this case is that the foreign citizen has a valid residence permit (not to be confused with a temporary residence permit!) in the Russian Federation and submits it together with the application for study.

Briefly about studying with us
The university has more than 13 thousand students, about 400 teachers, more than 60 of them are doctors of sciences, more than 200 are candidates of sciences
The first level of education is a Bachelor of Science degree. You will get enough theoretical knowledge and practical skills to start your professional career. We will organize the process of pumping skills in practice, and experienced mentors will help you work on research projects.
In parallel with the basic education you can get additional creative education in many areas (vocal, choreography, computer design, journalism, VR and robotics, psychology, etc.).
After obtaining a bachelor's degree, you can continue your studies at the university's master's program (full-time or part-time). The program is designed for 2-2.5 years.
